Production area: Vineyards located in the area, at an elevation of 150-200 meters above sea level; Training system: Simple pergola.
Food matches: From aperitif to dessert: pairs well with cheeses, cold cuts or appetizers, recommended with fish menus or summer grill dishes.

Service temperature: 4-6°C.

Description: Coral pink color. Fruity hints of strawberry and peach with floral notes stand out. The palate is fine, fresh and well-balanced. Fine and persistent perlage.

Sustainability

We firmly believe that our actions in the vineyard and in the cellar must have the least possible impact on our surrounding environment, for this reason we have decided to join the Biodiversity Friend protocol. We obtained in 2021 the BF certification on our Pressoni vineyard. What does Biodiversity friend mean and what actions are needed to protect the biodiversity? Protecting biodiversity today means commit ourself to the preservation of natural habitats, that translates into being “friends of biodiversity” and acting responsibly for sustainability.
