Grapes: 100% Garganega

Production area: the vineyards are located at an altitude of 200-250 meters above sea level in the hills of the classic zone between the villages of Soave and Monteforte d’Alpone; Training system: Guyot.
Food matches: from starter to dessert; ideal with first courses, white meat and fish;

Service temperature: 4-6°C.

Description: brilliant straw yellow color with greenish reflections; easy to drink with floral scent. Notes of white fruit including pear can be perceived, and its flavor is soft. This wine is characterized by the presence of vegetal notes, a marked sapidity and a fine and persistent perlage.

We obtained in 2021 the BF certification on our Pressoni vineyard. What does Biodiversity friend mean and what actions are needed to protect the biodiversity? Protecting biodiversity today means commit ourself to the preservation of natural habitats, that translates into being “friends of biodiversity” and acting responsibly for sustainability.
