Grapes: 100% Corvina.

Production area: Vineyards located in the Valpolicella DOC area; at an elevation of 150-200 meters above sea level; Training system: Simple veronese pergola.
Food matches: From aperitif to dessert: pairs well with cheeses, cold cuts or appetizers, recommended with fish menus or summer grill dishes.

Service temperature: 4-6°C.

Description: Coral pink color. Fruity hints of strawberry and peach with floral notes stand out. The palate is fine, fresh and well-balanced. Fine and persistent perlage.

We firmly believe that our actions in the vineyard and in the cellar must have the least possible impact on our surrounding environment, for this reason we have decided to join the Biodiversity Friend protocol.
