Grapes: 100% Pinot Grigio.

Production area: Lowland vineyards; Training system: Simple veronese pergola.
Food matches: Pairs well with appetizers, pastas and risottos. Ideal with shellfish, fish or vegetable dishes.

Service temperature: 6-8°C.

Description: Straw yellow color. Intense and aromatic bouquet of fresh fruit notes with sensations of citrus, peach and apricot. Fresh palate with good flavor intensity.

Sustainability

We firmly believe that our actions in the vineyard and in the cellar must have the least possible impact on our surrounding environment, for this reason we have decided to join the Biodiversity Friend protocol. We obtained in 2021 the BF certification on our Pressoni vineyard. What does Biodiversity friend mean and what actions are needed to protect the biodiversity? Cantina del Castello

The historic cellar, located within the city walls of the Castle of Soave, is the heart of the winery, that operates in respect to the traditions and customs of its wines.
