Grapes: 100% Garganega

Production area: Pressoni single vineyard, municipality of Monteforte d’Alpone, at 200/250 meters above sea level, facing East, South/East; Training system: Guyot.
Food matches: this Soave pairs well with a wide variety of dishes from ethnic cuisines like Thai to much more traditional dishes like a spaghetti carbonara.

Service temperature: 8-10°C.

Description: Golden color. Intense aromas thanks to the micro-oxygenation guaranteed by the microporosity of the clay. However, the palate remains vibrant and mineral, with citrus notes and a beautiful freshness.
