The most traditional Soave, the absolute classic. A fresh and tasty white wine with pleasant hints of white flowers and white-pulp fruit.

Grapes: 90% Garganega- 10% Trebbiano di Soave.
Production area: Hills of the Soave classico region, facing Soave and the Alpone valley between Monteforte d’Alpone and Brognoligo. Vineyards are situated at 200/250 meters above sea level.
Soil: Generally basaltic soil of volcanic origin but vineyards are also situated in areas with soils having a markedly calcareous skeleton of coastal sedimentary origin.
Training system: Pergola veronese semplice and short espalier (Guyot).
Vintage: Second decade of October. Manual harvest into 15 Kg boxes, selection of grapes, destemming and soft pressing with a 60% must yield.
Fermentation: Temperature controlled steel tanks.
Aging: “Sur lie” for 3-4 months. Bottle aging: 1 month.
Description: Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Beautiful freshness, rich and floral aroma with notes of white pulp fruit (golden apple and green apple), balsamic notes (pine and juniper) and white flowers; soft and harmonious taste with a persistent and velvety aftertaste.
Food matches: Ideal as an aperitif, with appetizers, first courses, fish and light cheeses.
Serving temperature: 6-8°C.
