CANTINA DEL CASTELLO

Uve: 100% Corvina.

Zona di produzione: vigneti situati nell’area della Valpolicella DOC con elevazione di 150-200 metri sopra il livello del mare; sistema di allevamento: Pergola veronese semplice

Abbinamento: da aperitivo a dessert: si sposa bene con formaggi, affettati o antipasti, raccomandato con menu a base di pesce o pietanze delle grigliate estive.

Temperatura servizio: 4-6°C.

Caratteristiche: colore rosa corallo. Al naso spiccano sentori fruttati di fragola e pesca con note floreali. Al palato è fine, fresco e di grande equilibrio. Perlage fine e persistente.
