The most elegant Soave wine: in this Cru, the Garganega and the Trebbiano di Soave express themselves with mineral, floral and pleasantly vegetal notes. The aging of this wine takes place eight months sur lie to enhance its great minerality.

Grapes: 80% Garganega – 20% Trebbiano di Soave.
Production area: Pressoni single vineyard, under the administration of Monteforte d’Alpone, at 200/250 meters above sea level, facing East, South/East.
Soil: Basaltic soil of volcanic origin.
Training System: Pergola veronese semplice and short espalier (Guyot).
Vintage: First decade of October. Accurate selection of grapes, manual harvesting into 15 Kg boxes, destemming and soft pressing with a 60% must yield.
Fermentation: Temperature-controlled steel tanks.
Aging: “Sur lie” for 12 months. Bottle aging: minimum 3 months.
Description: Straw yellow color with pale green reflections. Intense aroma with floral notes (chamomile and acacia). Slight presence of ripe citrus fruits. Harmonious and enveloping flavor with a good sapidity and minerality given by the volcanic soil. Long and warm aftertaste that enhances the harmony.
Food matches: Recommended as an aperitif with appetizers, excellent with risottos, first courses in general and with any fish-based dish.
