🎉 The new vintage of Soave Classico Castello is ready!
We are delighted to present the new 2025 vintage of Soave Classico Castello!
Following the great success of the previous vintage, which achieved an outstanding score of 95/100 from James Suckling Wine Ratings, we can’t wait for you to taste this new creation as well.
In the glass, it appears straw yellow. On the nose, it is delicate yet fragrant, with aromas of:
– white flowers,
– fresh fruit such as green apple and pear,
– light citrus notes (lemon, citron),
– and a subtle mineral note, typical of volcanic soils.
On the palate, it is smooth and very fresh, with:
– lively acidity that invites the next sip,
– light to medium-light body,
– a subtle yet present savory character!
An easy-drinking wine, approachable yet far from simple – perfect for everyday enjoyment or sharing in good company.
It pairs well with:
– light appetizers,
– simple fish dishes (grilled or steamed),
– vegetables,
– aperitifs!
