Symphony Dinner
After the great success during the first event, REC&WINE and Cantina del Castello are getting together for a new SYMPHONY DINNER that will take place within the walls of Soave at the historic winery’s location with a selected menu accompanied by a selection of music.
Francesco Bonomi (Wine Event Manager) will take care of all the culinary pairings together with the Cantina del Castello team, while Giacomo Mora (Owner of Sana Music Group) will develop the entire musical selection.
For those who are interested, the event also includes a tour of the cellar before the dinner is served.
The meeting time for those who want to participate in the visit is 7:00.
Dinner will be served at 19:30.
